Quality Features
We use no OSB or Particle Board on any of the buildings- All Cedar Trim (Superior Rot resistant)
- Doors are fastened with Screws (No nails or staples).
- We have replaced only 3 sets of doors in our 14-year history.
- Keyed lock (for added security)
- Siding is applied with hot dipped galvanized Ring Shank Nails. (No Staples).
- Metal Truss Plates (Much stronger . . . like most houses).
- We don't use Wooden Gussets.
- All Barns available Painted or Stained. (Prebuilt or Built on Site).
- We included touchup paint with every barn that gets painted.
Flooring
- 2 x 8 Tongue and Groove pressure treated floor. The heaviest floor in the industry.
- 4 x 4 pressure treated runners.
- 4 x 6 pressure treated runners used on 18'L and longer buildings.
- Compare the number of runners to our competition.
Framing
- All our framing is 2 x 4 kiln dried lumber
- 8'– 12' wide barns have studs and rafters that are 24" on center. (16" on center is
available for nominal increase.) - 14' – 16' wide barns are standard with 16" on center studs and rafters.
Siding
- .044 Vinyl Siding that is available in 11 different colors.
- Maintenance-free.
- Limited Lifetime Warranty.
- Solid wood 1 x 8 Premium Grade Eastern White Pine Tongue and Groove Barn Siding.

Roofing
- CDX Plywood Roof Sheathing
- 25-year Warranty on our Owens Corning Supreme Shingles. Best seal strip in the industry.
- 30-year Warranty on our Owens Corning Pro Dimensional Shingles.
- Aluminum Drip Edge is standard on all barns. Keeps water away from the plywood edge.
- A continuous ridge vent is included in every building to eliminate extreme heat retention.
- Also included is soffit ventilation on every building. This allows more ventilation than end vents.
