25-Year Residential Use | 7-Year Commercial Use
Warranty Coverage
Amish Yard, LLC ("Amish Yard") warrants to the original purchaser that our poly outdoor furniture will be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-five (25) years of residential use or seven (7) years of commercial use, starting from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
What’s Covered
Under normal use and proper care, Amish Yard guarantees that our poly furniture will not:
- Rot, splinter, crack, or peel
- Sustain structural damage from insect infestation
- Fail structurally due to workmanship or material defects
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Fading or color changes from prolonged sun exposure
- Rust or corrosion of hardware
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage due to acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear, including scratching or staining
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories or improper assembly
Commercial Use Exception
Poly furniture used in commercial settings is covered under a seven (7)-year limited warranty and is subject to the same exclusions listed above. Additional limitations may apply to cushions, accessories, and non-poly components, which carry a one (1)-year limited warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under this warranty:
- Contact the Amish Yard location or dealer where the furniture was purchased within 30 days of discovering a defect.
- Provide a copy of your original sales receipt or invoice.
- Be prepared to send photos and a description of the issue.
If the product is found to be defective, Amish Yard will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. If the original item is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value and similar style.
Limitations of Liability
The remedies described above are the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty. In no event shall Amish Yard be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, time, or profits.
Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
