We received our swing and I was not disappointed. It looks great in our backyard. So nicely made. Amish Yard was very nice to work with. The whole experience was great. Will enjoy it for years to come.

The arbor is quite beautiful. I would give it five stars but it needs some improvement. We installed it ourselves and were a little frustrated with the instructions. They are a little vague. Some holes were not predrilled while others were which was confusing. We installed it in the ground and were given the proper stakes for that but there were no instructions on how to put those in. We pretty much had to “wing it”. The screws to install the stake were somewhat short so we used longer ones so that we were sure the went into the wood properly. We used lag bolts in order to tighten with a socket set which we would highly recommend. I did call to ask questions and the warehouse answered once and were very nice and helpful but I was only able to get hold of them once.

This arbor is so well made and sturdy. Love how easy it was to put together since all the necessary holes lined up perfectly! So worth the price!

I love my new Berlin Gardens Vinyl Swing Arbor! The men who put it together were fast, efficient and very helpful! The arbor is very sturdy and looks great with my swing. I was told it would take around 3 months to come in but it was here in about 6 weeks. I am very satisfied!

Very satisfied… one panel had transport damage on the arbor … they sent me a new Panel and gave me a 10% refund on the set … matter resolved and we’re very happy with the product and service !!!
