Chairs are exactly as described on the website. Shipping and delivery went smoothly and timely.
Polymer wood is solid and heavy duty; hardware appears stainless steel rather than a galvanized or zinc coated variant; assembly was easy. Hanging too
These chairs were pretty easy to put together. They’re very sturdy, comfortable and nice looking.
These balcony chairs and the side table we purchased are outstanding! The chairs are super comfortable and extremely well made. Amish Yard is amazing too! We had an issue when putting one of the chairs together and Amish Yard was so responsive and helpful. After talking to one of the LuxCraft reps we discovered what our user error was and issue was resolved. It was refreshing to be able to speak to live persons instead of getting automated recordings. Great product from LuxCraft and great customer service from Amish Yard! Can't wait to buy more pieces!
So comfortable and well-made - excellent service!
I have been buying Berlin Gardens outdoor furniture for over 10 years - My 10 year old outdoor furniture still looks like new - Looking forward to enjoying new Berlin Gardens 4' Comfo-Back swing. AAA+++ Recommendation
My only complaint right now is when it rains the water doesn’t drain through the sling material. It collects on top of the chaise lounge which is concerning.
You told me you tell Mike Waters 17 days ago but I paid for two rocking chairs I received one that his day but the one chair that I did receive I like a lot hopefully I'll get the other one in
Great product, easy to assemble, love the color, and the Grandkids love sitting at it.
I absolutely love this swing! We use it every day!
Sturdy, easily assembled and easy to clean.
The umbrella and stand offer a sleek, low-profile look on my pool deck.
Fast shipping. Came very well packaged. Beautiful swing. I cant say enough. The swing will last a lifetime plus.
Well made construction but a little surprised the legs of the table were not pre drilled.
