Easy Assembly. Stainless steel carriage bolts and nuts. Very comfortable for both me (6 ft., 240 lbs.) and wife (5'2", 120 lbs.). It is not nearly as deep as an Adirondack chair so it fits perfectly on the narrow portion of our porch. One reviewer said the back was too upright, but we liked that because lumbar support is really good and we don't intend to use it for long term lounging.
Well, I got the chairs, put them together and found the backs were too upright. I was going to send them back but noticed I could still be holes in the arms and pivot the backs further back making them much more comfortable. You might consider this change to your design.
