No, we do not include site preparation in the base price of the building.
That depends on your site. If your site is relatively level (within 6”) and you have good access, we recommend a limestone pad. If you have poor access to the area or are looking for the most economic method of site preparation, we offer a patio block foundation which is sufficient for areas up to 8” off-level. If your site is greater than 8” off-level we offer Post Foundations.
Yes, delivery is included within 30-miles of any of our locations. But don’t worry if you are out of our area, our delivery charge is only $3.75 per loaded mile over 30-miles.
Chances are you’ll need a permit for your new shed. Please check with your borough office for requirements in your area.
No, we don't secure your permit for you, however we will provide any information you may need to get your permit.
Absolutely, regardless of whichever site preparation you decide on, the finished product should be as level as possible to ensure the longevity and integrity of your building.
Yes, but first things first! Typically, we ask that you visit one of our stores, design your building with one of our associates, and get a quote. At that point if you are still uncertain about the size or placement in your yard we will make an appointment to visit your property and give you our opinion.
Yes, each shed comes with locking hardware and a set of keys.
We need a minimum of 12’ clearance with no overhead wires, fences, walls or steep grades in order to bring a pre-built building.
Yes, our buildings are backed by a 10-year warranty on workmanship. Please see our warranty section for more information.
We use top-grade Cedar trim on our structures.
Our buidlings are available for delivery in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virgina. If you are outside of this area, please call to check availability and pricing.
Typically we will have your building done in just a few short hours. Larger buildings such as Garages, Dutch Barns, and Cabins will usually be completed in one day.
Yes, we can give you a credit for our floor and build directly onto your cement pad.
