I don't know how to rate these chairs. The quality of the materials is terrific, and the care taken in packing was amazing. The assemble was quite another story.
Installing the screws into blind holes (hoping the holes lined up, oops they didn't) with that hex wrench was an absolute nightmare. I finally found a bit that fit the screws and used my screw gun, which at least made it easier when I missed lining up the holes. For all the care taken in materials and packing, the assembly was a huge letdown, especially for how much the chairs cost! With all tat said, we love the chairs and hopefully will for years to come.
